End of Life Planning

Do you have preferences or plans for your funeral and the care of your body after death? CMC pastors would like to have updated versions of this information on file for all CMC members and regular attenders. You may use CMC’s End of Life Planning Form or your own format to record your preferences. If you are interested in internment of cremains in CMC’s Memory Garden, please contact the church office for information about purchasing a plot.
