The Anti-Oppression/Equity Task Force works to clarify leadership and create vision for an Anti-oppression/ Equity Change Team whose overarching goal will be to organize for systemic change by making recommendations to CMC leadership around issues of congregational identity, culture, structure, policy and practice, and personnel and program in order to transform our congregation into an anti-oppression congregation.
