The work of the church is organized into five commissions. Each of these manages several committees.
Church Council
- Personnel Committee manages decisions related to paid employees of the church
- Gifts Discernment Committee helps members of the congregation find ways to share their talents
- Allegheny Conference Delegates

Administration Commission
The Administration Commission stewards our congregational resources by managing our facilities, grounds, staff, and budget. The commission includes the following committees:

Community Life Commission
Community Life Commission cultivates our congregational life by coordinating activities, events, and other ministries. The commission includes the following committees:

Outreach Commission
Outreach Commissions discerns ways to minister to our local and global communities. In addition to dispersing financial support to other organizations, the commission includes these CMC ministries:

Youth Commission
Youth Commission is responsible for the faith formation of our congregation's youngest members. The commission includes to following committees and initiatives:

Worship Commission
Worship Commission plans our congregation's weekly and special worship services. The commission includes these committees:
